Chapters are in GOOD STANDING only if the following requirements are met:
- FINANCIAL REPORT: Submission of report based on a (previous) Calendar Year. Link to report is listed below.
- ACTIVITY REPORT: Submission of report based on a (previous) Calendar Year. Link to report is listed below.
- CHAPTER DUES: Chapter dues are to be received by Headquarters on January 1st of each year. A late fee will be assessed after March 1. Please email HQ for electronic invoice. Headquarters@alphaphisigma.org
- CHAPTER BYLAWS ON FILE WITH HEADQUARTERS: Each chapter must have submitted or submit their chapter bylaws to Headquarters. Template link is listed below.
