Dear Alpha Phi Sigma Members,
Headquarters is closely monitoring developments surrounding the Coronavirus. Our main objective is to keep our employees safe and follow the directives of the Local, State, and Federal governments.
Alpha Phi Sigma Headquarters will close until April 15. The constant changing landscape of colleges, universities, and office closures is dynamic therefore the April 15 deadline may change.
In the meantime:
Please email us your questions.
Our Executive Board thanks all our members for their continued support.
The health and safety of our conference-bound members, advisors and staff are our highest priority. Over the last couple of weeks, the Executive Council has been monitoring advisories from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the World Health Organization. And more recently we have heard from many of our student members and advisors concerning university travel restrictions in the wake of COVID-19. As such, and after considerable deliberation, the Executive Council has made the decision to cancel its annual conference in San Antonio, scheduled for March 25-27, 2020. We ask that you please cancel hotel reservation and arrange to cancel/change airfare. For your reference, our next conference is scheduled for Orlando, Florida, April 14-16, 2021.
